Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier with tracking and drop-off with signature.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. We will contact you for confirmation before delivery.
Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order.
You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties.
If you have received products which you did not order or a damaged/defective product please do not remove any tag or take out the product from the original packaging. Please call our Customer Service team at +604-7725088 within 24 hours and let the representative know the details of your package.
Our Customer Service team would also require you to provide visual evidence (e.g photo, video) of the products in order to expedite the process. We will guide you on the return procedure.
Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products. You may also request for product exchange.
We do not refund products:
§ Obtained from a source other than http://www.hurixs.com.my
§ Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. We will contact you regarding the refund procedure.
